  • Special Occasions

    Meals for groups of 2-5 start at $650 + the cost of the groceries.

    Dinner Parties

    Meals for groups of 6+ start at $1000 + the cost of the groceries.

    Deposit

    A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date for either a Special Occasion Meal or a Dinner Party.

  • Chef Tullia develops the menu for your Meal Prep sessions after an in-depth consultation which includes your dietary restrictions, preferences, and any other considerations.

Trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute and shaped by her Italian roots, Tullia Z. Waterfall brings a unique culinary perspective to New York City. Born in Milan and now based in Brooklyn, she specializes in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine that celebrates color, flavor, and connection.

Her culinary journey includes training under Chef Michele Brogioni at the Armani Ristorante and at the Natural Gourmet Institute, where she refined her approach to thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking. As a personal chef, Tullia believes food is more than sustenance—it's a way to bring people together, create memories, and nourish both body and soul.

Her mission is simple: to transform everyday meals into extraordinary experiences, crafting dishes that honor individual tastes while creating moments of shared joy around the table.
