  • Consultation: Your personalized meal prep journey begins with a comprehensive intake consultation where we learn about your family's preferences, dietary needs, and flavor adventures.

    Menu: We then design a custom menu that excites and nourishes.

    Meals: On your selected cooking day, we arrive professionally prepared, source premium ingredients, and transform your kitchen into a gourmet dining experience. We'll prepare 4-6 meals with 4 portions each, label everything carefully, clean the kitchen, and leave you with delicious, ready-to-enjoy meals that spark conversation and joy.

  • Flexibility meets consistency with our meal prep services. Choose a date for weekly sessions that fit your family's rhythm. Our minimum commitment of 6 sessions ensures we can truly understand and cater to your unique tastes.

    Whether you're a busy professional, a family seeking nutritious meals, or food enthusiasts looking to expand your culinary horizons, we'll create a rhythm that works seamlessly with your lifestyle.

  • Our services start at $500 per weekly session.

    Each session includes a minimum of 4 meals with 4 servings each. Additional portions or meals can be added based on your needs.

    Groceries for the meals are billed separately, and a 6-session commitment is required for ongoing meal prep services.
